To Him

To God be the Glory
All of it
For He is good
Any and all good things come from Him.
Help me to love Him more
And to love His truth.

First Day

Pictures of the first day in England.
Doesn't Runnymede look like Nebraska?
The Queen planted this tree!
So the soil this was on belonged to America.
Magna Carta Monument
Cool green feathers I found at Runnymede. Any ideas what bird they come from?
Windsor Castle
Awesome candy shop
Saw this Leonardo Da Vinci!
Back to Warwick!
The hotel we stayed at.
There were lots of chimneys; this was the view from our hotel room.

I'm back!

Hrm, well, I've been back for about a while, just a little too tired to post.
I was so glad to be back at first, but now am missing the museums, ancient architecture, food...

I went through my album (pretty sure I took over a thousand...) and picked out some of the best.

Here are the famous Beefeaters! We saw them on our first day at Windsor Castle.
The lovely Windsor Castle on a cloudy day. (Actually, in general, England wasn't rainy; a few kids got sunburned!)
Another of Windsor.
This is a street in Windsor; we had a lot of fun and did a bunch, even though it was the first day. (I'll post more about each day later.)
Warwick Castle! This was in my favorite town called (guess what?) Warwick.
Tower at Warwick; I love this picture!
Here's a picture of the town Warwick.  The old buildings in the background are Lord Leicester's Hospital.
The houses in general are much cuter than the ones here.
See? Another cute one in Oxford.
Nope, not London Bridge (that's in Arizona). This is Tower Bridge.
The famous Roman Baths.
This was one of my favorite places in Wales, Tintern Abbey.

So that's a really brief overview; I'll try to write in greater detail soon.

Going!

Well, come Saturday I'll be on my trip for England!
I'm hoping I'll be able to post a couple times overseas, but I probably won't be able to upload any pictures until I'm in the States again.
Here's the itinerary of the places I will be at
London
Warwick
Stratford-Upon-Avon
Canterbury
Oxford

Those are the main places/the ones I can remember right now! I hope I'll be able to keep you all up to date!
Off to pack!

To my awesome dad:

Thanks for…

…working hard so mom could stay home with us! I love being home schooled, and it would not have been possible without you!

… holding my bug jar when I asked you!

…the pets!

        …playhouses built especially for us.

…loving us enough to say no and to correct us for doing something wrong.

…spending time together shopping every Christmas.

….letting us dream up impossible things and you doing them like our awesome Grand Prix cars!
It's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!

…most of all, for the Christian home.

Love from all of us kids
